What do I need to place an order with OptixRx?

You need the prescription you received from your eye doctor and have available your current eyeglasses so you can get the measurements off the frame. Your eye doctor is required to give you a copy of the prescription. You will need to get your PD, pupillary distance or the distance between the pupil in each eye.

How do I place an order with OptixRx?

Click on the catalog button to browse our online collection, have your prescription in front of you for reference - select a frame, fill in your prescription and you're on your way to buying a new pair of eyeglasses.

How can you OptixRx charge such low prices?

OptixRx's frames begin as low as $10.00 because we are 100% internet retailers. Moreover, OptixRx focuses on top quality frames directly from the manufacturer. No retail costs are passed on to consumers, and the process is completed all in one shop. As soon as you place your order, we can proceed to lens production and glasses assembly. We accomplish this all under one roof (and website), bypassing traditional (and unnecessary) market costs.

How do I track my order?

You can log in to your account online and you will be able to see the status of your order. You may also contact our Customer Service via email at customerservice@optixrx.com or phone at 1-877-678-4974.

How do I get a tracking number for my purchase?

After you have submitted your order, OptixRx will process and send you an email with a confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, OptixRx will send you the tracking number for your order. Please email customerservice@optixrx.com for order status and tracking inquiries.

I still haven't received my item where is it?

If you feel that it has been substantially long since you paid and have not received your purchase please email us your order number and your full name so that we can track the package or call Customer Service at 1-877-678-4974.

What if I forget my order number?

Your order number should be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase. If you erase this email and forget your order number please email us at customerservice@optixrx.com with your full name, email address and shipping address.
