At OptixRx we ensure that all frames and lenses are produced to the highest standards according to the prescription and specific needs and requirements of our customers. The OptixRx optical experts put each pair of eyeglasses through our Quality Review Program in order to inspect the accuracy of the prescription lenses and the frame alignment. We also ensure that the frames are properly protected for shipment. IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE GLASSES YOU PURCHASED FROM OptixRx, you may return them to OptixRx for a FULL refund or a NEW pair of glasses.

If you are not satisfied with your glasses in anyway, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or via phone at 1-877-678-4974 within 10 days of receiving them.
Customer Service will provide a reference code that must be included with the eyeglasses you are returning. The returned item must be complete in its original glasses case with cleaning cloth..
Please package for return in the original package the glasses came in if possible.
Upon receiving your returned eyeglasses, OptixRx will issue you either a credit to your account or a full refund. Please let customer service which option you prefer. Once shipped and paid for by the customer, a tracking number of the returned glasses must be provided to the OptixRx Customer Service team together with the return authorization number issued by OptixRx via e-mail.
Should the customer decide to choose a frame or lenses of higher value, the difference will be charged.
After the 10 day limit, for up to 30 days from receiving the glasses you may return the eyeglasses for a 50% credit to your account, subjected to the parameters given above, or benefit from a replacement of equal or greater value. If of greater value, you pay 50% of the returned glasses price and difference for the new glasses.
OptixRx DOES NOT refund for shipping and packaging costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of an error by us. .

You may return all items purchased at OptixRx within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. We will issue you store credit within 14-21 days of receiving the returned item.
If the error is due to the customer providing with the wrong prescription, OptixRx will refund the cost of the frames.
